2012 Menu

The Kneading Conference West kitchen crew and caterers purchase wholesome ingredients to prepare every meal.  As much as possible, we provide organic foods from local farmers.  As the details of the menu take shape we will post them here.

Thursday, September 13:

Dinner: Wood-Fired Oven Pizza, catered by Rolling Fire and Tastebud Farm.  Locally-grown greens, cookies.

Friday, September 14:

Breakfast: Granola, Pastries baked by Essential Baking and Breadfarm, Yogurt, Fresh Fruit, Coffee and Tea

Lunch: catered by Patty Pan (details soon).

Dinner catered by Bonanza BBQ:  The Barley Dinner!  Barley-Fed Pulled Pork on Barley Bread, Cole Slaw from the Mount Vernon gardens, wood-fire roasted seasonal vegetables, garden burgers, watermelon, cookies and chocolate.

Saturday, September 15:

Breakfast: Granola, Pastries baked by Essential Baking and Breadfarm, Yogurt, Fresh Fruit, Coffee and Tea
