For those who are interested, a tour of a local farm, mill, and bakery will begin after lunch and end about 4 p.m. on Saturday.
Tour participants will be asked to sign up during the course of the Kneading Conference West and announcements will be made to remind people.
The 2013 agenda has been posted on the website. Please check back as their may be changes prior to the opening of the conference. Please note that you are welcome to attend any workshop . The Soba Noodle and the Tandoor/Flatbread workshop required pre-enrollment as space for a hands-on experience is limited, and they have filled. However, anyone is welcome to observe the workshops.
