Enrollment for the 2013 Kneading Conference West is now open. The conference begins on Thursday, September 12th, at 11:30 am and ends after lunch on Saturday, September 14th. For those who are interested, a tour of a local farm, mill, and bakery will begin after lunch and end about 4 p.m. on Saturday. Tour participants will be asked to sign up during the course of the Kneading Conference West and announcements will be made to remind people.
The 2013 agenda has not been posted yet. Please check back early in 2013. Please note that you are welcome to attend any workshop and you do not need to pre-register to participate in any of them.
Pre-registration and pre-payment of the conference registration fee of $300 are required to attend the Kneading Conference West. The fee includes delicious meals beginning with dinner on Thursday and ending with lunch on Saturday. The beautiful farmlands of the Skagit Valley are the source of many of the ingredients prepared by Washington and Oregon chefs.

Cancellation Policy: WSU (Washington State University) will fully refund your payment up until two weeks prior to the event. After August 28th, WSU will refund all but a deposit of $100.
